I made something very much like this on my Harbor Freight 7x14 lathe.
Nice video
THAT was impressive! 👍
Just another Day at the Butt Plug factory
oh no
Yeah, but can it program itself, that's the bottom line !!
fascinating!
This is the same part with the shitty thread on it I've seen on another channel. Only difference is this video is running maybe x2 playback to make the rapid and feed moves look so much quicker. This makes the not so good programming stand out even more.
amazing to see how butt plugs are made
8:05 there seems to be a lot of chatter with that tool. The feed rate might be to high for that 6 flute end mill. It might also not have enough flute length!
the title implies something special. nothing new or exciting here. as for perfect, did anyone catch the burr caused from shank rub which means deflection?
Like to see such so called spitspointindustry engineering, who those engineer the machines for this purpose are really great. Thanks for showing and kind regards. Question: is it for an aeroplane ? I suppose so , kind regards.
Sorry to have to say, but then you have not visited USP-Tooling in Älvsbyn / Sweden.
When I was an apprentice in the 1970s, I was taught to always run the cutter in the upcut direction but these machines seem to break that rule (unless they are using left-handed cutters!). Any CNC machinists out there who can explain it?
english from google trad bro, sorry
cnc machines used axes directed by ball screws, they are therefore rigid enough not to need to take up the play, therefore no risk of shifting the axis, we can cut by swallowing
That's a fucking expensive Tow Ball...

To many commercials for me. Buy Buy

Why not make sure that you are truly saved by Jesus Christ and practice this way. Remorsefully confess with your heart your sins to Jesus Christ who is God and tell Him that you right now are repenting of your sins and you want to be born again of the Spirit from above. Tell Jesus that you are remorsefully sorry for breaking His commandments and that you are begging for forgiveness from Him. Allow His blood from the cross to wash away your sins. After this is done with your heart successfully the Holy Spirit will come to live within you and He will rebuild you from the inside out. Look for signs that you are saved. Things like spreading the good news from Jesus, getting other people saved, a craving for the word of God, reading the Bible, etc… These things are known as a calling and fruit bearing. If you're not bearing fruit then keep doing it. Sometimes it takes time to get saved. Read Matthew chapter 13 from the King James Bible. God bless!!!!!!!
Not a bit of coolant getting sprayed anywhere? What's with that?
Hold my beer, I've got this.
I can't imagine a possible use for the fitting in in the first clip. I think a lot of these videos are promos for the CNC manufacturer to show off the capabilities of their machines.
@Tom Rogers Not necessary to do that. The toolpath display is three dimensional showing all machine moves. The Cam softwares also can do a move by move visual simulation of the workpiece as it will look when it's finished. The only time that is done nowadays, if it's very expensive material. Some plastics like Teflon and PEEK are expensive. Then a test piece may be ran in acetal (Delrin) or UHMW (polyethylene). More so to prove out the setup rather than the programming
@Henry Booth And a whole lot easier on the toolpiece as well. Do they not use hard plastic workpieces for trial runs during cnc programming?
Yep most likely recorded at a tool show, they always demo with aluminum. It's more impressive.
Fou ma gueule ...
gay!!! the bit in the thuimbnail isn't shown.....screw you
...And that my friends is how you make a doorknob.
It’s crazy how that motor keeps a perfect speed for the radius of the cutting bit. I’d love to see how the speed of that chuck is controlled.
In the first segment, the spindle speed changes from fast to slow depending on the diameter of the section being machined, why is that? The smaller the diameter, the faster it turns and vice versa.. (in simple terms pls) Thanks (yes, I too was hoping to see the thumbnail part being shown.. sigh)
Clickbait. Lame
I have a harbor freight mini lathe
I am hooked on these CNC videos.
Amazing
THATS AN ALIEN PROBE
Variable feed(but constant) cutspeed! Damn, this is cool ;)
Constant surface speed. G96 on many controllers.
Where are the credits for the videos?
I've always wanted to know how a plumbus was made.
How da fuck are we that work with mashining out part ever gonna compete with this?
Who else thought in the first ten seconds they were about to drop a fat beat?
imagine if the machine was as fast as this
Retired now, mechanical fitter. Got training on lathe, milling m/c etc as apprentice, used to think couldn't be doing with standing at machine all day. Lot of it computerized nowadays, but real old skills required alongside technology. Quite fascinating to watch
Yep, Cnc didn't eliminate the machinist.
This shit to me is like magic. As a complete moron when it comes to technical shit, I always admire the genius behing the engineers who design all these heavy duty machines and the people that come up with pieces to design for functions I don't understand xD
The genius of the West encapsulated. 😍👏
Vibrating = Root of Sound ?🙇 ( Movement = Vibrating ?) = Movement & Vibrating Spelling not same 'y' ?🙏
4:02 5 axis
That turbine wheel is super complex. Wonder how long it takes for the entire process.
It's really not that difficult. Design one blade in a 3D modeler then do a polar array around a hub for the complete model. Take out one fin section and program it, then do a rotary offset G55, G56 etc. for each one on A axis. Sounds complicated it's not.
Seems to me to be a VERY expensive way of mass-producing immense amounts of swarf with an object as a by-product.
Expensive, but precise af
Was für ein Kinder Scheiss
Some people are simply amazing
For some reason watching the first one all I could think about were the light cycles from TRON
Máquinas geniales
little ass... stop clickbaiting!!!
G96
Gracias por dejar los sonidos reales!!
Awesome, I worked in a CNC shop much of my life but on the TIG welding side. Worked close with the machinist as everything had to be machined afterwards and welding the aluminum jaws for the machines.
How come no coolant is needed
👌
Can you pleas make the title a bit more clickbaity?
1010011000111
Can not believe that rapid speed!!
Yep, some of these mills rapid at 1400 ipm and accelerate to that in 1/10 of a second. Takes lots of power to whip that iron around like that. 200 volt ac servos with 5 er so nm of torque.
Thanks. It's a shame you don't show many of the finished parts. It would also be nice if you put in a caption showing how much the videos are sped up. I also wonder how many of these parts are now made by Additive Manufacturing.
황삭속도 실화냐....;;;;
Does anyone know what the first object is? Thanks in advance.
Mathematische Kunst!! Könnte ich mir stundenlang ansehen...^^
I do the same with manual milling machine no biggie
Have the Chinese stolen it yet
Ok KOworld, what I am watching now?
Should read “When you insert the wrong memory stick into the CNC machine, the video file comes out different to the thumbnail.”
As an ex-first class machinist from way back, this is almost magical.
Almost?
shop porn
F1 car sounds
Machines operating in GOD mode ....
you never seen this? this is everyday in my company and what you just seen isnt very...perfect at all
Who else was hoping it would zoom out to reveal some massive CNC lathe. Clickbait!
Reminds me of the dentist drilling
Might not be too far away when a robot actually does fix your teeth!
nothing special
I think it's been speed up.. sorry to state the obvious.
Allah'ın Rahmeti Koruyup Esigemesi böyle faydalı ve güzel makinelerin üstüne olsun! Bereket üstlerine olsun! Onların bakım ve onarımını Allah yüklene! reported and downvoted.
WOW! that is a cnc
And what is perfect in this?
in 6th minute cutting turbine if instead of cutting, welding casted parts were used in which case residual stresses were higher?
If you think that's satisfying, check our relaxing machinery: koworld.info/club/iMqahbvP1WXLjYA/bidio.html
LMAO at the 2:00 mark when the thread insert blew up. That's what the price is when you try to show off.
Isn't that the truth..
I don't understand for the last part, why can't they use cast aluminium that directly made that shape or even 3D printing the shape, cutting so much material away is wasting time and machine hours. Unless it's very small production or just a demo.

Gaint metal butt plug
Espetacular essas máquinas.
Bom
Nice chip generation with this high speed machines. We see this on a daily basic when our customer sell their used CNC Machinery. Check out our channel
2.25 my favorite part Thats awesome

When you hear that sound of popcorn you know your speeds and feeds are perfect 👌🏼
Ugh, what?
